All Shipments originate from the USA. Shipments are sent from our shop in Massachusetts
Shipments are allowed to PO Boxes in most cases. Restrictions may apply to larger items.
Once your order is shipped you will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking information via email.

iRide Equestrian Apparel D/B/A iRide Equestrian Lifestyle is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Discrepancies

Currently we are only shipping to locations within the United States and Canada.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee that will be deducted from your refund.
To start a return, you can contact us at iRide@comcast.net. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
